Emily Culbertson is a second-year graduate student pursuing her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. After graduation, she hopes to work with individuals in the geriatric population with neurogenic and swallowing disorders. Her research interests include cognition and language abilities in adults with aphasia and neuroplasticity.
Dina Mañalac is a second-year graduate student working towards her Master of Science degree in the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department. She received her Bachelor’s degree in CSD from Saint Louis University with minors in Music and Chinese. Upon graduation, Dina plans to work in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
I am a second-year graduate student at The University of Mississippi. After graduation, I hope to work in a pediatric medical setting or in early intervention.
Mallory Robertson is a second year Speech-Language Pathology graduate student in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Upon graduating, Mallory plans to work in a clinical setting with children and adults with developmental disabilities or neurogenic communication disorders.
Emily Reader is a second-year graduate student from Phoenix, Arizona where she graduated from Arizona State University and spent time working as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. After graduation, she hopes to work in a hospital setting with neonatal and pediatric feeding and swallowing patients and pediatric acute care.
Peyton is a second-year graduate student working towards earning her Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She is currently serving as a graduate assistant to Dr. Greg Snyder within the Laboratory for Stuttering – Science, Therapy, & Advocacy Research.
Paras Shrestha is a first-year graduate student at the Patterson School of Accountancy. She helps the Speech and Hearing Center by creating financial spreadsheets and analyzing the data that’s recorded.
Price Bennett is currently studying to obtain her master’s in Speech-Language Pathology. She received an externship position at M.D Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas during the spring of 2020.
Haley Brown is a graduate student working towards her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Mississippi. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with honors in speech-language pathology at Mississippi University for Women. Upon completing her master’s degree, Haley plans to serve both the pediatric and geriatric populations.
Hannah Christian is currently a first-year graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
